The 9th edition of the Annual IEEE International Conference on Computational Intelligence in Data Science is a flagship conference organized by Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering, Kalavakkam, Chennai. The 2026 edition is technically sponsored by the IEEE Madras Section.

With an acceptance rate of approximately 17.8%, IEEE ICCIDS 2026 reflects a highly selective and rigorous peer-review process.

Dear Author(s),

Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper. Please carefully read and follow the instructions below to prepare and submit the camera-ready version of your manuscript in compliance with IEEE and conference requirements.

Camera-Ready Submission Deadline

  • Deadline: December 30, 2025
  • All required files must be uploaded to Microsoft CMT on or before the deadline.
  • The camera-ready submission link has been enabled in Microsoft CMT.
  • Late submissions will not be considered.

Step 1: Revised Manuscript with Reviewer Comments Highlighted

Authors must submit a revised version of the paper with all changes clearly highlighted to demonstrate how reviewer comments have been addressed.

  • All revisions must be clearly highlighted
  • Save this file using the following format: PaperID_highlighted.pdf
  • This file is for verification purposes only and will not be included in the conference proceedings

Step 2: Final Camera-Ready Version & IEEE PDF eXpress Validation

Authors must prepare the final camera-ready version without any highlights and validate it using IEEE PDF eXpress.

  • The manuscript must be clean, with no highlights, comments, or tracked changes
  • This will be considered the official camera-ready submission

About The Speaker

Dr. G. Sainarayanan earned his Ph.D. in Image Processing in 2003 & Masters in Control Systems in 2000, also holds a Master’s in Law with a specialization on Intellectual Property Rights, and has completed an executive program in Advanced Strategy Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM). With 76 granted patents in computer vision and machine learning, he has also published 125 technical works, including books, book chapters, and papers in international journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Sainarayanan brings 25 years of experience spanning academia, research, and industry. He currently serves as Global Technology Director in the Engineering and Research Services division at HCL Technologies Ltd. He is a senior member of IEEE and an Executive Committee member of the IEEE Signal Processing Society (Madras Chapter).

About The Speaker

Ram Bilas Pachori received his B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RGPV Bhopal in 2001, and M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2003 and 2008, respectively. He was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in France and served at IIIT Hyderabad before joining IIT Indore, where he has progressed from Assistant Professor to Professor (HAG) since 2023. He has held visiting positions in Italy, Malta, Germany, Malaysia, and the UK. His research interests include signal and image processing, biomedical and non-stationary signal processing, brain–computer interfaces, AI, IoT in healthcare, and machine learning. He has supervised 27 Ph.D. theses, authored over 390 publications, holds 11 patents, and has more than 20,000 citations (h-index 78). He is a Fellow of several professional societies and serves on multiple editorial boards.

Abhi Desai is a Data Science and AI professional with over 10 years of experience delivering analytics, machine learning, and data driven solutions. He holds a dual MS in Data Science and Analytics and a BE in Computer Science and Engineering. He has contributed to AI work at organizations including Saks Fifth Avenue, Target, and IPG Media Brands in New York, delivering solutions that improved operational efficiency and decision making in retail and logistics. He has authored several peer reviewed papers in AI, machine learning, explainable AI, and customer analytics, and contributes as a session chair, workshop organizer, judge, reviewer, and invited speaker for global conferences and journals. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and works across academia and industry to support applied AI and analytics initiatives.

Sanjeev Singh is a renowned Machine Learning Engineer whose work at Meta powers the integrity and safety systems that safeguard billions of users every day. As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer (Tech Lead), he drives major initiatives in Personalized Integrity, safety-aware ranking, and content-quality modeling - advancing AI technologies that reduce harm while also minimizing overenforcement to better support free expression and authentic user experiences at global scale. Previously, Sanjeev served as Vice President of Machine Learning at JPMorgan Chase, leading Cybersecurity AI efforts for America’s largest bank, and held Software Engineering and Applied Scientist roles at Microsoft where he contributed to foundational AI and platform technologies shipped to billions of devices worldwide. Sanjeev is an IEEE Senior Member, Fellow of IETE, and an active reviewer and program committee member for multiple top-tier international conferences. He frequently speaks on AI safety, responsible deployment, and large-scale ML engineering, and his work is widely recognized for shaping the future of trustworthy and safety-aware AI systems. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from BITS Pilani and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, where his research focused on computer vision, intelligent systems, and natural language processing.

Vishnu S. Pendyala, Ph.D., is a faculty member in Applied Data Science and a University Senator at San José State University. He is Chair of the Santa Clara Valley Chapters of the IEEE Computer and Computational Intelligence Societies, Area 4 Coordinator for IEEE Region 6, and a Distinguished Contributor of the IEEE Computer Society. He has also served as a visiting scholar at Kyungpook National University, South Korea. A past ACM Distinguished Speaker with over two decades of Silicon Valley industry experience, he has delivered more than 100 talks and tutorials at leading academic and industry venues worldwide. Dr. Pendyala is a senior member of IEEE and ACM and the author of Veracity of Big Data, along with editor of two additional books widely held in major libraries. He has taught and delivered keynotes in government-sponsored programs in India and served on the U.S. NSF proposal review panel.

Call for Papers

We invite high-quality submissions describing original and unpublished work for the conference. The reviewed, accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEE. At least one author should register for the conference.
The theme of this conference is AI for All: Towards Human–AI Collaboration for Sustainable Development

Submission Guidelines

As per IEEE template, a maximum 6-page manuscript may be submitted under one of the themes of either a regular or a special track through Microsoft CMT. A blind review process will be used in taking acceptance decisions. All submissions must be in ENGLISH only. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
